Terms of Service

By engaging 1SitePRo LLC for any service, you agree to the following terms. These protect both you and us.

SECTION 01
Services
We provide research, analytics, and document preparation. We are NOT a law firm and do not provide legal advice or create attorney-client relationships.
SECTION 02
Payment
Under $2K: 100% upfront. Over $2K: 75/25. Government: Net-30/60 with PO. All payments via Stripe.
SECTION 03
Delivery
72-hour standard. Rush (24–48 hrs) available. Clemency packets: 5–7 business days. Watermarked preview over $2K.
SECTION 04
Refunds
Full refund if work has not begun. Prorated if in progress. No refund after delivery and client acceptance.
SECTION 05
Chargebacks
Post-acceptance chargebacks disputed per 18 U.S.C. § 1343, 15 U.S.C. § 1666, and N.J.S.A. 56:8-2. All deliveries timestamped.
SECTION 06
Confidentiality
Client data protected under HIPAA, GLBA, FCRA, NJ Identity Theft Act, NJ Data Protection Act. No third-party sharing.
SECTION 07
Disclaimer
Not legal, financial, or medical advice. No attorney-client relationship. U.S. clients only.
SECTION 08
Intellectual Property
Deliverables become client property upon final payment. Methodologies and frameworks remain 1SitePRo IP.

Jurisdiction
Governed by NJ law. AAA arbitration in Hudson County, NJ. Entity ID: 0450456775.

Privacy

Privacy Policy

1SitePRo LLC collects only the information necessary to deliver our services: your name, email, project details, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers). We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties. All data is protected under the Privacy Act of 1974, HIPAA where applicable, GLBA, FCRA, NJ Identity Theft Prevention Act (N.J.S.A. 56:11-44 et seq.), NJ Data Protection Act (P.L. 2023, c.266), and NJ Consumer Fraud Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-2). Upon project completion, client data is securely archived or destroyed per client preference.

Payment & Refund Policy

Under $2,000

100% payment upfront before work begins. Fully refundable if work has not started.

Over $2,000

75% deposit to begin. 25% due upon delivery. Watermarked preview provided before final payment.

Government Clients

Net-30/Net-60 payment terms available for federal, state, and local agencies with active purchase orders.
